Using BookTheCourt
- BookTheCourt provides tools for players to discover facilities and request court reservations.
- BookTheCourt also provides tools for facility owners to manage courts, schedules, bookings, shops, and payment verification records.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating accounts, making reservations, or managing facility details.
Reservations
- Proceeding to payment may place your selected time slot on a temporary hold for a limited time while you complete payment details.
- After payment proof is submitted, a reservation may remain pending until the facility owner approves it.
- A selected time slot is not fully confirmed until the facility owner approves the booking.
- Players should review the facility schedule, date, court, and selected time slots before submitting a reservation.
Payments and proof
- Unless a supported payment gateway is explicitly enabled, payments happen outside BookTheCourt through the method provided by the facility.
- Players are responsible for entering the correct payment reference and uploading valid payment proof when required.
- Facility owners are responsible for verifying payment proof before approving a booking.
Facility owner responsibilities
- Owners should keep facility details, operating hours, court rates, payment instructions, shop items, and availability accurate.
- Owners should process pending booking requests in a timely manner.
- Owners are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings according to their facility rules and local operating policies.
Cancellations and disputes
- Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling rules may vary by facility.
- Players should contact the facility directly for payment disputes, refunds, or schedule changes.
- BookTheCourt may provide booking records and receipt IDs to help both sides verify reservation details.
Facility shop items
- Facility shop items shown in BookTheCourt are for in-person purchase unless online checkout is explicitly added later.
- Item availability, pricing, pickup, and fulfillment are managed by the facility owner.
- Players should confirm item availability at the facility counter before relying on displayed stock.
